Mrs. Anthony, serves as CEO and President of Anthony & Associates, Inc. (AAI), No One Left Behind International, Inc. (NOLBII) and NOLBII Solutions Group, (NSG). A veteran of the United States Army and graduate of the Reporting Academy of Virginia, Mrs. Anthony has over 20 years of experience in executive leadership, business development and talent acquisition. Mrs. Anthony recently launched NOLBII, a non-profit organization that is supported by NSG, a newly created for profit entity that is the sole funding source for NOLBII’s mission. Mrs. Anthony also works with The Andrew Young Foundation and formerly GoodWorks International alongside Ambassador Andrew Young, former Mayor of Atlanta, Georgia and U.S. Congressman, supporting and promoting education, health, leadership and human rights in the United States, Africa and the Caribbean. She also works with countless other non-profit organizations and homeless shelters collecting food and clothing for those in need.
Starting out in 1994 as a freelance court reporting firm, AAI has within 20 years, become a fully operational and highly functional court reporting agency that not only provides court reporting services worldwide, but has also expanded to be able to provide Transcription Services, General Staffing, Architects and Engineers, and Advisory & Assistance Support Services to high-level government officials. As of November 2010, AAI performed its first international contract for government services in the countries of Germany and Switzerland.
Mr. Noel has over 25 years of experience in Operational Management, Communications and Sales. In his corporate capacity, Mr. Noel managed HP telecom and IT contracts nationwide. He managed a staff of over 200 personnel, and brings years of corporate management and employee training skills to the company. Under the leadership of Mr. Noel, AAI is now a growing firm with over 100 employees generating revenue in excess of $7 million plus per year.
He is the former CEO of the Bexley Capital Group, a high-value financial and commodities trading firm and First Quality Solutions, a Communications Technology Integration Company. Mr. Noel’s service and dedication to AAI is celebrated in March of every year through the Neal Noel Day of Honors, an awards ceremony which highlights some of AAI’s star employees and their contributions to the company.
Mr. Heileman has more than 20 years (3 years in Army Special Operations Aviation) of DoD, U.S. Army, and Civil Aviation experience as a systems integrator, safety manager, supply manager, quality systems manager, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Trainer, Value Stream Manager, and Aviator.
Mr. Heileman is known as a “change agent’ within commercial and government communities, having led multiple process improvement and integrated product teams (IPTs) to streamline processes. He conceived and grew ProSource Technology, Inc. from one employee to over 200 employees in less than 4 years with operations from Afghanistan to California in Aviation Services, Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, and Maintenance.
