Mrs. Anthony, serves as CEO and President of Anthony & Associates, Inc. (AAI), No One Left Behind International, Inc. (NOLBII) and NOLBII Solutions Group, (NSG). A veteran of the United States Army and graduate of the Reporting Academy of Virginia, Mrs. Anthony has over 20 years of experience in executive leadership, business development and talent acquisition. Mrs. Anthony recently launched NOLBII, a non-profit organization that is supported by NSG, a newly created for profit entity that is the sole funding source for NOLBII’s mission. Mrs. Anthony also works with The Andrew Young Foundation and formerly GoodWorks International alongside Ambassador Andrew Young, former Mayor of Atlanta, Georgia and U.S. Congressman, supporting and promoting education, health, leadership and human rights in the United States, Africa and the Caribbean. She also works with countless other non-profit organizations and homeless shelters collecting food and clothing for those in need.
Starting out in 1994 as a freelance court reporting firm, AAI has within 20 years, become a fully operational and highly functional court reporting agency that not only provides court reporting services worldwide, but has also expanded to be able to provide Transcription Services, General Staffing, Architects and Engineers, and Advisory & Assistance Support Services to high-level government officials. As of November 2010, AAI performed its first international contract for government services in the countries of Germany and Switzerland.
Mr. Kulendran brings to AAI over 25 years of experience in Information Technology and Business Development. Mr. Kulendran, served as EVP at Datamatics, Inc., leading the corporation’s Datacenter, Embedded Systems and Infotainment divisions. Mr. Kulendran also previously served as VP of IBM AS400 RS6000 (AIX) ERP Services at EDS Singapore. During his tenure as VP, he was responsible for the ERP market in the Philippines, specifically JBA System/21 licenses and implementation services. Mr. Kulendran increased EDS's market share by 450% in 20 months. He served as a SME for IBM AS400 EDI & X400 ERP EDS Hong Kong where Mr. Kulendran developed custom EDI system from ground-up for world's largest oil & gas shipping operator. EDI data uploaded from vessel @ sea via X400 satellite uplink to port-of-call for product requisitioning. System was also integrated to JBA S/21 ERP system for Fin Dist & HR module-interface. He was a Solution Architect at EDS Singapore, and a Senior Analyst Programmer, at EDS Colombo where he developed new software for next generation of JBA ERP products.
He developed software for JBA ERB products and is also credited with developing a custom EDI system from the ground up for the world’s largest oil and gas shipping operator. Mr. Kulendran also served as a member of the Board of Directors for Turn Around Coaching, Inc., which aims to help young people overcome the feeling of helplessness by assisting in raising their level of self-confidence and self-esteem, changing their thinking patterns, empowering them to move ahead, challenging them to realize their full potential emotionally, physically, intellectually & spiritually.
Mr. Heileman has more than 20 years (3 years in Army Special Operations Aviation) of DoD, U.S. Army, and Civil Aviation experience as a systems integrator, safety manager, supply manager, quality systems manager, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Trainer, Value Stream Manager, and Aviator.
Mr. Heileman is known as a “change agent’ within commercial and government communities, having led multiple process improvement and integrated product teams (IPTs) to streamline processes. He conceived and grew ProSource Technology, Inc. from one employee to over 200 employees in less than 4 years with operations from Afghanistan to California in Aviation Services, Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, and Maintenance.
