Ms. Anthony, serves as President & CEO of AAI and is the Founder and Board Chairperson over No One Left Behind International, Inc. (NOLBII) her 501 (c)3 non-profit organization. Ms. Anthony is a veteran of the United States Army and graduate of the Reporting Academy of Virginia, Ms. Anthony has over 20 years of experience in executive leadership, business development and talent acquisition. Ms. Anthony recently launched NOLBII, a non-profit organization, whose mission is to provide life sustaining skills and resources to the underserved and underprivileged worldwide. Ms. Anthony also works with The Andrew Young Foundation and formerly GoodWorks International alongside Ambassador Andrew Young, former Mayor of Atlanta, Georgia and U.S. Congressman, supporting and promoting education, health, leadership and human rights in the United States, Africa and the Caribbean. She also works with countless other non-profit organizations and homeless shelters collecting food and clothing for those in need.


Starting out in 1994 as a freelance court reporting firm, AAI has within 20 years, evolved into a fully operational and highly functional business consulting firm that provides Information Technology, IT Professional Services, Supply Chain Management, Administrative and Technical Staff Augmentation, Financial Services, Records Management, Training and Advisory & Assistance Support Services to high-level government agencies and officials. As of November 2010, AAI performed its first international contract for government services in the countries of Germany and Switzerland.

Frank Kulendran
EVP, Business Development

Mr. Kulendran brings to AAI over 25 years of experience in Information Technology and Business Development. Mr. Kulendran, served as EVP at Datamatics, Inc., leading the corporation’s Datacenter, Embedded Systems and Infotainment divisions. Mr. Kulendran also previously served as VP of IBM AS400 RS6000 (AIX) ERP Services at EDS Singapore. During his tenure as VP, he was responsible for the ERP market in the Philippines, specifically JBA System/21 licenses and implementation services. Mr. Kulendran increased EDS's market share by 450% in 20 months. He served as a SME for IBM AS400 EDI & X400 ERP EDS Hong Kong where Mr. Kulendran developed custom EDI system from ground-up for world's largest oil & gas shipping operator. EDI data uploaded from vessel @ sea via X400 satellite uplink to port-of-call for product requisitioning. System was also integrated to JBA S/21 ERP system for Fin Dist & HR module-interface. He was a Solution Architect at EDS Singapore, and a Senior Analyst Programmer, at EDS Colombo where he developed new software for next generation of JBA ERP products.


He developed software for JBA ERB products and is also credited with developing a custom EDI system from the ground up for the world’s largest oil and gas shipping operator. Mr. Kulendran also served as a member of the Board of Directors for Turn Around Coaching, Inc., which aims to help young people overcome the feeling of helplessness by assisting in raising their level of self-confidence and self-esteem, changing their thinking patterns, empowering them to move ahead, challenging them to realize their full potential emotionally, physically, intellectually & spiritually.
