AAI through its strategic partnership with Taylor Made Consulting, LLC, (TMC) is expanding our focus to improve healthcare through technology and process improvements. Our team specializes in electronic health record implementation, compliance review, interoperability, lean process improvement and electronic surveys. AAI has developed our first healthcare technology solution called NStaCare by NOLBII, a Healthcare Information Management System through our subsidiary NOLBII Solutions Group and formed this partnership to expand and grow our capabilities and capacities in this industry. 


NStaCare  is a data-intelligence mHealth application that merges mobile-wireless technology with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and clinical data to create a secure, real-time networking environment for healthcare providers from their mobile platform, supported by its Intelligent Data Broadcast System (I-DBS), which serves as the “brains” behind the software. In addition to providing a broad-spectrum, mobile platform for data-sharing, management and integration about patients and their records, NStaCare is also uniquely enabled with two-way streaming video and texting capability, which allows users to confer with patients in a virtual environment, in real-time, anytime. The versatile, integrated functionality of the NStaCare platform makes it a superb technology for practitioners’ use to deliver the highest quality of care to their patients, at all times.

Our partner, Kevin Taylor of TMC, is a service disabled Air Force Veteran.  Mr. Taylor has 16 years of Information Technology (IT) experience with five of those years as the Program Manager for the second largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in the United States. He was the program manager for deploying EHR, Health Information Exchange (HIE) and achieving Meaningful Use 1 certification between two of the largest FQHC’s and the University of California San Diego Medical Center that was funded by a $3,000,000 HRSA HCCN grant (Award ID: H2LCS18161). Additionally, he spearheaded “Meaningfulness Use 2” testing in 2013, facilitating the organization receiving Federal certification and awarding of $6,500,000 in funding.
